Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds are only applicable for events that are ultimately cancelled. Events that are postponed or rescheduled are not eligible for refunds.

Tickets for events that have been postponed or reschduled are eligible for exchange to new dates and times for the same events only. For exchanges the original proof of purchase issued by us is required. It can be the receipt or the ticket itself. This will then be verified by us before proceeding with the exchange.

Tickets exchanged will only be on availability basis.
